Because you didn't ground yourself before touching it? Just a guess.

I guess I screwed bigtime. I installed the Battery mod application from the Market and now I cant enter NITDroid.

It just gets stuck loading the ANDROID name. Doesnt go any further than that? Do i have to uninstall and start all over again or is there a way u guys know of? Btw im on NITDroid 0.0.9

i think all apps are in this directory (for ammyt's emmc guide) /home/system/app/ boot in to maemo and go to this directory using file box or winscp or watever u prefer and den delete the application u installed....i think this may help if not then i dont hav any other ideas....

mount the android partition in maemo

    cd /and/data

    delete the ofono directory here.
    rm -rf ofono

finally reboot into your nitdroid installation. u will find ur phone settings back at automatic and no airplane mode getting set by default.

    not /home/system/app
first of all open up terminal and type
    root
    mount /home /and

then use filebox or winscp and go to /and/data and delete the folder of that software... this will delete the software!

Thanks for your help but it did not work for me. Will just uninstall 0.0.9 and reinstall gingerbread.

Will experiment with gingerbread now..is there any significant difference between ammyt's gingerbread & mido.fayad's one?
