Okay, THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!!
I just tried to ignore the mmcblk1p2 thingy, but it seems that people are drifting towards the wrong side even more.
What does mmcblk1p2 mean?
It means that you're booting from your memory card. BUT in multiboot, this term actually means, ${INT_CARD}p2, look in /etc/multiboot.d/11*.item to see it.
In multiboot:
mmcblk1p2 = ${INT_CARD}p2 = BOOTING FROM /home IN THE PRESENCE OF A MEMORY CARD PLUGGED IN YOUR N900
There is no difference between mmcblk0p2 and ${INT_CARD}p2 (which is the same as mmcblk1p2 in multiboot) except for the fact that the former is used when there is no memory card plugged in your N900, and the latter is used when there is a memory card plugged in your N900.

so now preparing to flash my device. Is there any other Idea?
and some one tell me after flash Is it safe for my device to install using this method or this problem will come again in my device ?
No it doesn't work for me. When I type locale-gen it just says "-sh: locale-gen: not found" and in the second method I don't know what I should do under "bla bla bla.... do it yourself" and command before(dpkg reconfigure locales) do nothing and just displays a lot of options but I don't know what I am supposed to do.
