Relax people. Don't forget that this is an international forum. Most people on here are would be non-native English speakers and as such wouldn't be able to pick up the nuances.
I return after a break from the N900 to see what developments have occured only to find sadly it has dwained drastically... oh well my predictions seem to be true.
Ummm... Community SSU came out for alpha-ish testing about 24 hours ago, there's a system-wide portrait/landscape qwerty/T9 keyboard. What else happened somewhat recently? Injection driver patches were updated and went open source lately. Host Mode happened.
Not to mention wonderful smaller projects like Columbus, Sleep Analyzer, Advanced Clock Plugin, and so on, that aren't revolutionizing the device but make the N900 more enjoyable and so on. (Except it isn't just those three. Some new app pops up like every week or so.)
N900 developments dwained drastically in the last year my ***.
Yes the community is all that is left now to support the N900 but i was referring to Nokia so all i can say as i have said before ... god bless this community and hell i hope it carries on the efforts untill Meego is perfected.

No the Meego would never become perfect, so you can relax and stop waiting from now on.
Last time I check the 'community' is still not the synonym of 'delicious free lunch'. Not yet.
