hi guys,just add this repository

fremantle
amsn tcltk

then open up xterm, type sudo gainroot
apt-get install tcl-tls
type y and thats it!!

if youre getting error messages just download rootsh from the repositories

wwwwooowwww it works perfectly the only thing is trying to configure the front camera so the other person can see u, its difficult no matter how much contrast or intensity you give to the camera there is only a shadow of you, but you see the camera of the other person perfect.

hey just wanted to say i have a n810 i also use amsn with the cam is not the best but in sunlight or well lit area u should do fine on the N810 i kno i cannot change cam settings but i don't have a N900 so im guessing is alot better just keep lookin through all the settings.

I can confirm that the above method works.I have personally tried it after installing amsn from the repos.

not sayin it will help but mayb ,,!!! this was the final key to successfuly install amsn on my n810 tablet after long hours of searching ,, myb find this kakaroto character he semms to b well informed lol but without this i was lost jejeje mayb it will help on your quest !

on page 3 of this thread specifically in a post done by ottoman gives a web adress. so what i did was i uninstall the sofware installed from the app manager, and then i clicked on that adress, sent me to original page i think, and once there i clicked on the icon to add the repository first to the n900 and then just wait seconds for the app to be downloaded, after that i open xterm and run apt-get update and after apt-get install tcl-tls and i had no problem at all installation were ok

!!!!!remember first the downloadin repository and wait a minute or something for the app downloading its automatically!!!!!!!
