Obviously that is a fake. Look at the side view, It doesn't have the bulge in the back even though the first picture shows the bulge just like the n800.

It's not a fake. It's a copycat. However, it's not using Linux. Instead, it uses Windows CE 5.0 and has Office viewers (Word, Excel, PPT,XLS) as well as PDF & TXT viewers. For those of who use and enjoy Windows Office, this is actually more useful!

It looks like they found a better place for the webcam. And GPS also seems to be included in the device. Not bad.

But will battery life compare with that of the N800?

The pictures definitely look fake... the webcam is flush with the faceplate in the first pic, but not in the second.

Not that that means this thing doesn't exist.
