I don't have an actual MicroSD and Its the mounting of MyDocs or MicroSD as it reads in your custom Gingebread OS that is failing and will not mount and comes up damaged.

and then I created two more partitions aka mmcblk0p6 and mmcblk0p7 and I mounted your OS on mmcblk0p6 and the original gingerbread OS on mmcblk0p7 and so far all is good
if ur problem is that u have notification that sd card is damaged , u need only to go to settings , storage and choose mount SD card .
but if android can't see it , u can find solution in this topic
