I think something in this CSSU update disabled my power kernel? I can't say for certain but the reason I think this is because all apps depending on the power kernel, behave as if its not there, even though I've reinstalled it.
So I reflashed my phone just now, first thing I installed was the power kernel, mobilehotspot and QCPU frequency app, all 3 are working fine, I am overclocked again to 1150.
Can the lanscape lock work with individual apps? like disable rotation each app and keep it disabled until manually enable.
Here is the example:
when disable the rotation of each app, it will write the name of the applications that disabled into a log file or text file. Rotation daemon program will read from the text file for the name of application inside this log file and if it doesn't then autorotate as usual but if it does then ignore the rotation request.

This will make most apps compatible

I believe this issue has been addressed a number of times in this thread. The plan is to have a whitelist ( not a blacklist) of apps that will be auto rotated.
