is there a way to get ovi store files from my PC ?
i mean the deb files not the ***.install files
cause ovi is not available for my country (Iran) and when i use Firefox agent switcher to access ovi.store.mobi i can downland just the install files not deb files

You can just try :
Open ovi store
Now select your mobile (N900)
Then choose the file
When you select the app, then just click send to friend icon
It will load page, then on the just see on the top where is your link is written just type " download" instead of send to friend

That way you will download a .install file, not the .deb package.

You can try with the modified apt package by MohammadAG downloading the packages from the command line with apt-get -d install "name_of_the_package"

it works that way if i have the ovi repo added but my ovi repo has just 2 apps( is it normal?) i see all these apps for n900 in ovi store that are free but in .install files of them

i just see nokia-ovi-store repository mentioned that i dont have so i cant use apt get cause it wont find the apps in ovi store
