well i am already having the newest version of wget as the terminal is showing when i put that command to install wget .
but i dont know why it shows wget : missing url .
when i try to install Status menu in portrait mode by MohammadAG .

what should i do ?

Did you actually write the URL of the package you're trying to download when using the wget command (and check to make sure it's spelled exactly like it should be)? wget is used like so:

wget [optional stuff] [url-of-the-thing-you're-trying-to-get-from-the-internet]

You can skip the optional stuff, but you have to specify the URL. The wget command just downloads files from the internet.
