hey , is there any app which can increase the back light time out ?
as i am a text freak i have to unlock the phone after every 1 minute or 2 .
and seriously i hate to use the unlock buttons again and again .
is there any way to keep it on more than 2 minutes ?

yeahs its called "simple brightness applet" and with that on it wont time out.

on /etc/mce/mce.ini you will find settings for keyboard backlight, and other interesting settings... now i can't remember is there a config for the screen backlight, though. remember to backup the original file before editing
