hey, check out this post by MohammedAG.
Basically, add this line to the .desktop file of the widget
Code:
X-Multiple=true
Step by step,
1.Go to Xterm,
2. become root
Code:
sude gainroot
3. edit widget file with leafpad.
Code:
leafpad /usr/share/applications/hildon-home/widgetname.desktop
NTE: replace widgetname with the name of ur widget (omweather?)
4. add this line in it
Code:
X-Multiple=true

i don't know if these are still classified as "widgets", they are more like "shortcuts" but nevertheless, i did add the X-Multiple=true to all those files and i still can't add multiple shortcuts to more than one desktop, even after reboot

Okey for thoose who want multiple widgets especially the OMweather widget this is my guide how to achieve just that.

step 1. using filebox or similar root explorer navigate to /usr/share/applications/hildon-home

step 2. If you scroll down you'll see the omweather widget named omweather-home.desktop, copy that file.

step 3. Navigate back to lets say MyDocs and paste the omweather widget there. Rename the file to "omweather-home2.desktop" for example.

Final Step. Edit the following line in widget;
"Name=OMWeather2"
At the end of the lines add the following text "X-Multiple=true"
ctrl + s to save the file, copy the file then navigate back /usr/share/applications/hildon-home and paste the new widget. Youre DONE!

Now you can add two omweather widgets to diffrent screens.
Note! Now , As you edit the layout of your second widget your original one will also change its look, simply edit its look once again and after that theyre independent of each other.
YOU MAY HAVE TO RESTART FOR CHANGES TO TAKE AFFECT.
