Yes, this happened to me with the stock kernel, too.

I have had this happen with the phone application. No other apps, though, and it's not every time.

I'm using the stock kernel too.

Thanks for that. Personally, I don't have (and have never had) MyContacts installed, so that certainly isn't causing the auto-minimising problem that I'm seeing.

I spent a couple of weeks of using Open in the Notes menu to open files instead of using File Manager and Notes didn't auto-minimise once. I started again using File Manager and Notes soon started auto-minimising.

Interestingly, as mrsellout says, this also happens for me if I use FileBox or CuteExplorer to launch files for Notes (auto-minimising a few seconds after the file opens, although not every time).
