what OS are you running on your pc? for win7 64bit you need a alternative way. but remain calm, it will all work out your not the first with this problem. and probably not the last either. try the search tool in TMO, theres a load of documentation about flashing a N900. good luck!

what exactly did you type as command?
Maybe you've made a typo.
But please read the entire wiki about flashing before you start, or freak out Its probably not as bad as it looks (unless smoke came out of your N900... )

No needed to reflash! U just can reflash only the kernel!! If you flash just the kernel the phone will power up again i had this problem to
