Yep seems a little fishy now agreed. This looks like an old advert thats been dug up by someone but it does have that 12mp camera which is very recent and the E7 is 8mp? Mmmm calling Sherlock Holmes old boy.
I think you are right, I think this is old, as in from summer of last year when the Meego N9 was still to be the next top dog.
In the video you see him scrolling through updates (between secs 21 and 22) where one news item reads:
New York Times - NYC Area Lands 2014 Superbowl, that news item was published May 25 2010
I´ve tried to verify by finding the status updates on the screen at secs 24-25, "Sarah Orlanci" and Jennifer Joan/Jean Nelson (to see if they existed) but I´ve not found anything yet.

id be curious to know actual dimensions. i rather like the height and width of the n900, the thickness was the only complaint i had. the n9 def looks slimmer for sure.
I think you're looking into it too much, if it was a hoax, then why did it slip out just now? ....
Look at the comments and you might just realise something is wrong here, Nokia is no way going to release a MeeGo device soon, they cannot even get Maemo right let alone establish MeeGo.
