Hello! I will ask question already asked, but I haven't found needed solution.

I need BTS TEST function on N900 as at S60 phones. Exactly, I want to view current CELL ID and lock phone to certain GSM cell. No more functions as 3G support etc. not needed. Anyone knows software?
