I have successfully installed and watched channels until yesterday.Then i decided to update but unfortunately downloaded without uninstalling the earlier one.since then dpkg returned error.I fixed it by removing the set -e line in wrt.postinst and postrm.Though i fixed the dpkg error now i am unable to install Tvplayer.HAM closes within 3 seconds.Desperately in need of help.Thank you.

There is no Tvplayer installed in my default app manager.May be some remnants remain in the system.It is good to know the exact location of Tvplayer to purge it before reinstalling it.Looking to learn.Thank you for quick responce.

i have checked in Nokia app Manager,found tvplayer as a broken file,uninstalled it but didnt help,i also uninstalled every file that i installed for tvplayer but no way,..

Dont use the faster app manager go to your nokia app manager and search the broken file.Then remove it ( the broken file is like yellow folder )
If the problem is in tv player just remove it and reinstall the last version .
