There are errors in your ini file. wrong names wrong places ect.

call.png = calls.png
im.png=IM.png

should i go on?

copy the whole folder (Android) to /opt/qtlockscreen/
copy (QtLockscreen.ini) to /home/user/.config/sakya/
copy (Clockopia.ttf) and (DroidSans.ttf) to /usr/share/fonts/

then killall qtlockscreen

you can change the background as you want ; because all of the components are transparent
