Of course, you will be asked for your Audible password and user name. These are probably the same as your Amazon password and user name.
There is Help available for the Audible program.

You follow the Audible menu? You find the menu item that says Online Library and select what you want to download and download it.

There are some tricks and traps of the Audible program I've never understood. You can probably use downloaded programs your way, but I'm not sure how.
There is also a way to download part of a program and automatically download more parts when you have listened to the ones you have, but I don't know exactly how to do that either.
