When the GUI came out, I began understanding a little more of what I was doing and why, but I'm still not catching 100% of it :s
basicly you dont need to run cleven using x-term unless there a problem using it...
just find cleven icon on your menu...cleven GUI can cut all step while using x-term in half....

can you please continue it. Also do we click Inject in all cases? (if authenticate failed and if authenticate was successful)

Somehow, I can't autenticate anything... the xterm window pops up and closes directly.

(it worked for me before around version 1.7)

Edit: got kernelv48 also the bleeding edge wlan drivers are installed
Edit2: going to try out with v47

Cleven works flawless with kp48 on my device....
perhaps you trying to authenticate AP with space in it but as i tested the latest version authenticate AP with space works...

Same problem on v47

And no, I don't have any spaces in the network name.
It worked before, but somehow the window pops up and closes immediately.
It did work before with the older versions of cleven :/

I tried to run within xterm, but it doesn't show me anything when I click on the Authenticate button...

How can I find out why this is happening?

hmmmm....did you look at the capture windows (x-term) careful??? does the beacons getting higher every seconds???
if it does then possible you need to uninstall (purge) cleven & re-installed it....
if the beacons is not collected then its the AP prblm not from cleven....

i could crack wifi earlier with KP47. in the meantime i went to Kp48 and again i went bak to KP47. my cleven is not working properly.data is not collecting.what to do when data is not collecting?
