Its on the aplication manager's update list and when I click on maemo 5 ssu package it always says to start with nokia suite, and nokia suite is active...

tray apt-get upgrade

Go to xterm, apt-get update, apt-get upgrade.

apt-get install mp-fremantle-community-pr instead of apt-get upgrade, this way only the CSSU is updated.

That's normal. Happens all the time for those.

Just put in what MohammadAG said. That's better than anything so it only updates CSSU at the time.
