Then you have the setting wrong. There are a few variants for TMobil based on where you live. Try some of the others. In most cases, once you send an MMS the system will flag your account as able to send/receive MMS and will let them through normally. Using the local app on the device is much nicer IMHO than browsing to their web service. (Which you can always do anyway... since that's where it's storing the images anyway.)

They're your carrier, so why don't you ask them directly? We don't know which T-mobile you're using; they exist in many countries.
