I am a late comer....man i thought cuteTube was the best Youtube app on N900....this app blows it away and make it look silly. This is the Youtube app I was looking for...ability to integrate the player into the app rather open up a player to view the video. Only thing cuteTube is better to me is the ability to view commentary. If you can somehow find a way to integrate into the app, that'll be perfect.

Is it possible to just swipe the bottom to view commentary? Maybe a click icon to display commentary at the bottom? There need to be another section at the bottom of the video to display commentary.

It's been awhile since the last release, the new updated version of nvideo will be available sometimes next week. The main change is adding ability to view comments. The video comment will be displayed in related video area, which can be activated by left swipe. Left swipe in video screen area will toggle the display between related video and comment.
There are some other minor performance tuning as well including the quick start, which will keep the app in memory for instant start-up, this feature will not consume any cpu process, plus system will remove it from memory if other app or system need more memory.

omg this app is 100% my favorite app. it is extremely fluid and fast. unbelievable! man thanks for ur hardwork!
please make more apps in qt c++. can anyone else recommend such a fluid program written in this language as well?

You've got some typos in your repo list. If you're using Faster Application Manager paste the following text into the associated files...

new videos from subscription has already been added to the update, it will show up as first item in the subscriptions list. I will stay away from desktop widget, I feel it's not really a needed feature since the new update will make the app reopen instantly instantly.

There is a feature i really need opinions from people here before implement it. It's about free movies from youtube app, since nvideo is capable of playing the free movies from youtube, I don't know if people are really watching these free movies at all. I can add a few menu tabs to navigate these free movies category to nvideo, actually there are a lots of option in these free movies that it can be on its own separate app. I don't know anyone is interested in free movies from youtube.
