    yes, I don't remember 6.5 or 6.6... But if it can't unlock, you still can remove application (manually for example: apt-get remove twitter*), but probably it will kill your system... It should be unlocked before uninstalling system packages...

    What is this ?

    Something else that you can try.. Run option 4 before... After this option 1 and after this try to uninstall system packages.

    On tweak QQ you say pro users only, it sounded funny.

    Disable the check to see if it's unlocked....

    That's how it worked before.

    You just can try to remove some system packages manually: apt-get remove... But you also can do this without unlocking, but probably it will kill your system...
    I tried now a couple of times this tweak QQ for unlock, remove and restore applications.. Why it's not work for you I don't know.. we will wait for Coderus answer...
