So I'm playing with mt system and coderus toggle. After a first reboot, no safe mode message and everything is working fine. After rebooting a 2 times, I got the safe mode message. I click on it and then tell it to enable all toggles.
Then if someone call me and I put the phone to my ear, the screen becomes black as expected ... but never go back to a normal state ... !!
Any solutions?
Edit: Try to apply one option of the tweak W ... no more Safe mod message but still this problem
Edit2: Ok by removing the brightness toggle fixes the issue. Is that issue already reported?
When I tested , I did not have this error. But you can try something else. Install brightness back, and see if this issue back. If yes, try to play with tweak BB-1-2 and 1-1.. if still issue, try to reinstall lockscreen package (see pdf), If still issue, maybe you system needed reflash
P.S. when you apply brightness applet it will also automatically apply option BB-1-1 for hacky-brightness...

P.S. probably you use 12h clock and Y -> 3 -> 1 for 24h clock
if you want clock/date like in Y -> 3 -> 1 for 12h clock, use option 3 (custom) and write: %R | %a %d %b
