Guys let me describe my problem exactly with Tweak T-3:
1. Reflash emmc + rootfs
2. Install NITDroid
3. Incept device
4. download N9QTweak
5. Go to Tweak T-3 and choose "0" for Coderus System UI, everything goes perfect
6. Option "1" (All Applets) and put in the password for root, writes a few lines and N9QTweak shuts down, therefore, my statusbar is now messed up and cannot be fixed.
Edit: Well, yes it can be fixed but with a lot of errors, so not completely fixed.. And can't use Tweak T after all..
Edit: thedead1440's solution worked, all who have problems should try it, install the applets individually and it will work No need to reinstall between each applet..
For Tweak T-3, my advice would be to do it individually; meaning first install option "0" then instead of installing all applets do each one of them singly...
The above is especially useful if you don't know how to fix things up once they go wrong...Sometimes the n9 is moody and after one file is installed from all applets like system-ui-tools and the system is unpacking the next applet, n9qtweak will close...
This is NOT N9QTweak's fault but the way the n9 behaves at times...I've instances whereby when installing even from the Store suddenly the Store closes after just 1 out of X number of apps have installed; its just the n9...So doing the installation singly would ensure that even when it just closes after installation your system isn't affected adversely...
The above is what AMD needs to do too to fix his one up...
P.S. I think one feature the ever modest Schturman hasn't advertised much is the Tweak RR which allows you to backup all your tweaks and restore them when needed...I think this Tweak along with all your apps' .debs backed up means now after a reflash 10mins is all you would need to set-up your phone to its previous state...Schturman's efforts have to be appreciated as I think this method is the closest we have gotten to a BackupMenu type of implementation...So once again, Thanks Schturman!!!
Query, if I install fasterN9 and use Tweak A4 and C will my battery consumption increase? Cause Im having some battery issue installing some Tweaks... Sorry if Im noob on this one, just a new N9 user...

If you are using A4 and C your battery life should in fact improve slightly due to Tweak C...Tweak A has neglible effect on battery life, if any...
FasterN9 is a use-case kind of thing whereby various use-cases have various results so its really hard to comment on it...
Maybe type top in terminal to see what is eating up your CPU's load or use Conky to further investigate...
