I'm having this problem when I installed Backupmenu with Multiboot using this tutorial. These files are missing when I went to Backupmenu. It prompted me that there are missing but I pressed any key to continue:

/lib/libac1.so.1
/lib/libattr.so.1.1.0

Was able to backup the programs anyway.

Also regarding installing Nitdroid. The Nitdroid wiki says that it is recommended I reflashed N900 with the modded eMMC image. I was going to do that to install Nitdroid but I thought it's best that I backup my programs (programs only right? And not the entire image? Or should I choose what says that is "recommended" to do and backup everything? Edit: meaning "RootFS & OptFS") before installing using the easy install .deb file of Nitdroid?

Kindly please help this newbie user of N900 Thanks

dont worry about the missing files...it doesn't have any effect on backupmenu r to your device....

regarding Nitdroid is you need a modded eMMC....you can do both backup if you wanted....use backupmenu to backup everything (for safe keeping) and use default backup to make another backup for you....

for restoration i suggest you restore backup using default backup (but you have to re-installed apps/program all over again)...once you get bored using Nitdroid & want to un-installed it then use backupmenu to restore your device just like it use to...

Thank you for the fast response pusak gaoq

I am planning to make it into dual boot with Maemo and Nitdroid. I'm not sure if what I'm doing is correct that's why I'm asking. Would it be alright to ask what is the best approach for this? As I've read, but I'm not sure, using the .deb file in installing Nitdroid with the modded eMMC will result in dual booting if I'm not mistaken? Or would it only be just Nitdroid OS installed?

I'm planning to do the following order:
1> backup everything of what I have using BackupMenu (just in case)
2> reflash using modded eMMC
3> restore the BackUp
4> Install Nitdroid using .deb file

Would that result in dual boot of Maemo and Nitdroid by chance? Or is there an extra step I am missing? Kindly point out if there is an extra step I still need to do.

Thank you again
