Try the reaver command with wlan0 substituting mon0. At no point you initialize wlan0's monitor mode on mon0 (usual behaviour of airmon-ng), you will also need to set wlan0 to monitor mode (iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor)
If by booster you mean router try opening http://192.168.1.1 and login to your router (assuming a lot, but that is default setup, use admin for both login/pass if you haven't changed it). You should have an option there somewhere under wireless/security config to enable/disable WPS (also sometimes called QSS). Also standard maemo internet connection selector (from status bar) should mention something like WPA Setup Compliant if it detects WPS on a router (if all else fails maybe latest walsh/wash can tell you, no idea if it works as status bar info is good enough for me)

i just my n900 or after a few minutes during the attack the n900 connects to wlan ( which is saved on n900) i disable the option but keeps connecting auto. to wlan
