What OS are you using on your PC? If it's Windows 7 X64, try following the instructions here: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...0&postcount=20

And if even then it doesn't work, try Linux, for example Ubuntu (I recommend 11.04)

Of note: Ubuntu, Fedora, and several others have bootable "live" CDs you can download and boot from. You don't need to install anything on your local machine to use them.

Also, use "cold flashing" procedure as seen in wiki page about flashing. It seems, that your NOLO bootloader may be damaged.

As far as flashing instructions go, not many dare to acknowledge the fact of either 20% reliability or repeating giving good results. I had mine dying 10-15 seconds from powering on/attaching usb. After many tries on vista and xp I managed to flash kernel eventually, this increased max uptime to 30-45 seconds. Still not enough for rootfs flash. Ubuntu worked out of the box at this point luckily. Be persistent I'd say. My faith in this devie returned from -50 to +1000 in few seconds (oh yeah, haven't mentioned it gave me different messages on win and sometimes still waiting for device etc, skip win, there is always a way to wake this up)

    Hey Guys,

Well, I tried to 'cold flash' my phone this time i was able to see USB icon and the first command was successful i.e
    " flasher-3.5 -c -h RX-51:2101 -2 2nd.bin-RX-51\:2101\,2102\,2103 -s secondary.bin-RX-51\:2101\,2102\,2103 -S usb "

    i got the expected response

but while attempting to execute second command it failed ... i wasn't able to see that icon again and it didn't go any further
