Yes you can only upgrade not downgrade. You will have to wait for PR1.2, expected at the end of February.
What is wrong with PR1.1.1 that you want to downgrade to PR1.1?

bifur now i was able to mace them arabic and thay v20 to v22 arabic but now i dont now what is the problem its also v20 but i cant chinge to v22 it say dawngrad not allowd
but now there is a many kind withe v 20 whene i tray to flash it geving me error dawngrad not allod and its v20 and my flash is v22
so i need helpe
