Got a free ride to work courtesy of the Nokia cab, part of their promotion for Social Media Week, in NYC. The driver was cool, and said he was 'obliged' to show me the Lumia 800. I had a quick play with it (same color as my N9) and to be honest I didn't think that much of it in the short time I used it. I know it's appealing to some, but my other hand was holding my N9, and really, the two just don't compare. Maybe it was the smaller screen on the Lumia, I'm not sure. The driver said he loved my N9 though, and said it was a shame MeeGo was being shoved aside, but that it was stacks better than Symbian. I know! A cab driver that actually knew what he was talking about!

Thanks to Nokia Connects for the free ride. Shame it wasn't today though... it's raining.
