    Do this:

    cd /usr/share/hildon-desktop
    sudo mv transitions.ini.mmmbak transitions.ini

    when tried above commands

    it asks for password
    and when rooted
    it moves

    btw i don't have transitions.ini

    the simplest way is to open filebox or ssh..
    go to> usr/share/hildon-desktop
    copy your [transitions.ini] file to MyDocs or somewhere else; safe in case of restoring.

    Uuuuh, seems that .deb without making a theme is impossible. This will always resist that we're overwriting the hildon-desktop's file.

    Most of the needed files from the other themes may be symlinked. I've got absolutely no experience in making a theme so I can't do it.

    EDIT: There's one thing I can do. There'll be a file transitions.ini.maemeemo and transitions.ini.mmmbak (in case the .maemeemo gets corrupt and requires restore). the user will have to move transitions.ini.maemeemo to transitions.ini and backup the original . It's not a nice way, but anyway better then the original
