Just copy the contents of this [MaeMeeMo Compatibility Update for Harmattan-Theme.rar] and overwrite it here [usr/share/themes/harmattan-theme/images]

p.s. you can backup the [overwritten] files if you want.

Edit: It looks like you are using [Harmattan-black] theme, if yes then change the theme to [harmattan-theme] and check first.

my emmc lost after dropping now my phone uses 8GB SD card as Swap,Home and mydocs, but SD card not get mounted to MyDocs, file manager shows it as memory Card, all other apps installing well but Maemeemo not installing it show error with a warning pop-up "whooops it seems your phone is connected in mass storage mode, please remove or installation will fail" and then x-term returned with error.

So the internal vfat partition is not seen by the file manager?
Did you update cssu recently?
Did you reboot after the upgrade?

yes i have updated to CSSU Testing after a reflash 7-8 days before, now no updates in file manager or x-term.

try apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

if you updated to maemo3.1 cssu b4,

rm -r /etc/init.d/ke-recv*
apt-get install --reinstall ke-recv

NEVER, We always have problem with apps, but the community keeps working to get all the bugs less annoying as possible off course, if you have some idea of what you are doing you should be fine.
