So will there be 0.9.5 that fix the MALF by 0.9.3 and mistake in 0.9.4?

I have been on this thread for quite some time but i still can't decide whether to install this modification or not without possibly hurting my N9..
When the MALF problem is solved I'll release the 1.0 version. You'd better wait...
first, big thank you to the developer for making my phone as fast as it should be!
i have noticed a few issues though, and i hope my feedback can help improving it.
1) when opening twitter from events screen and then immidiately swiping it away, it sometimes doesn't start at all. happens about 3/10 times, and there is no correlation with the number of apps already open/in running apps screen.
2) sometimes, when swiping away an app (not closing) the running apps screen is duplicated as an open running app on the running apps screen. running appsception have to click it and swipe again to remove it.
3) some apps don't always start or crash at start. this happens most frequently on maps and camera. clicking "not close app" doesn't help, need to close and start again.
4) camera sometimes doesnt start at all anymore. also isn't accessible for other apps that rely on it (nokia city lens for example)
the following might be related to fastern9, not sure.
5) takes ages to automatically find wifi (15-30 minutes after i'm home its still on mobile data)
6) idle consumption about 5-10 mA higher than normal, sometimes even up to 35 mA or more.
have to click it and swipe again to remove it.
