I entered "n9 replace logo" in a big search engine.
The first hit was http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=79210 . The third hit was http://forum.dailymobile.se/index.php?topic=57010.0 .
Please first search before opening new threads. Thanks!

Reflashing with a Country variant of PR1.2 would be a much better solution to be perfectly honest.
It will remove the Logo crap and ALL the operator applications and any settings or 'features' that are operator specific
It just aint a unlocked phone if it has Carier software on it :P

Perhaps you are right, flashing WOULD be the best option, but the way he started this thread I really doubt he is able to do it.
I recently bought a N9, and I am loving it, although there is one thing that is bugging me. I bought the phone second hand, and the person who was selling it bought it from optus. The phone has been unlocked by optus, so I can use my own sim card, but since it is the optus model, it has some 'features' still on it. The main one is the "'yes' optus" logo. Whenever I lock the phone, it shows up right underneath the clock, this is the main feature I would like to remove, as I am not even using optus as my carrier :/ The second is a bunch of links to sections of the optus zoo website that are stuck on the homepage, and I can't delete them. (I have put them all into one optus folder)
Here are some photos:
Sorry they are a bit blurry, but you get the idea.
If anyone has suggestions/solutions they would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks :-)
