This also affects tgalal's Wazapp and yowsup.

I'm not sure this is just a copyright or brand issue as they also mention "... unauthorized use of WhatsApp APIs, software, and/or services... "

Will this finally be the end of open source 3rd party clients?

Does the notice only imply that that we need to take down the code from github? I believe they're pointing out that usage & active development needs to halt.

This is really nice. Thnx to Coderus.
I have no issues for sending & replying msges 'to those who send me the msg'.
But the main issue still persists of 'phone contacts not getting Sync in Watsapp 9.22.' So that we can see all Watsapp-user contacts & send msges to those who even don't send me msg. (like before)
Appreciate the devs to dive in and help....
