No need to do uninstall the previous version !!! Just install the deb file as usual only after quitting wazapp b4 starting the installation!!!

Cepi's version kept on crashing after launch. I wonder if this has anything to with the restart script, I used.

Cepi, I have major bug with your last 2 versions on the N950.
I can't type anymore in the chat after I press the enter key. I have to go back to chat list, and after re entering the chat, I can type again untill I press the send/enter key.... then I have to go back again

Also, my vkeyb doesn't show many times on the chat aswell (using swype vkeyb)

Tried running via Terminal, still crash once connected. Therefore i conclude that it's not related to the auto restart script as that doesn't start the script at all. Oh well

Tried to reinstall older version, no longer work. Can someone help me on this?

i had the same problem, you can try by replacing this file in
/opt/waxmppplugin/bin/wazapp

overwrite the existing file,
http://db.tt/88SnlQoT


if nothing happens, uninstall the app, delete the db file
and reinstall the 0.2.6 version and then install the deb file cepiperez provided.

by.the way the error.i.get on cepi's version was segmentation fault

this solution is for restoring existing version right?

Hi , the db file you found it if you open a file manger like filebox and open /home/user/.wazapp and you found it but you you want to go to the setting of the file manager that you use it and use file hidden to see the .wazapp folder .

Hi everyone,

I'm a very happy owner of a N9 (and a N900) and my wife would like to change her photo to get a N9 too. But she make actually heavy use of Whatsapp, including sending and receiving pictures and short videos. I'm very glad to see people here working hard on getting Wazapp fully functional, so my questions are:

Does anyone now approximately when will it be possible to send/receive pictures/videos with Wazapp ?
Is there anything I can do (I have no specific programming skills) to help in this way ?
