Now that my 770 is upgraded to 2007HE does that mean like the N800 that USB host is enabled? Or do I still need to make changes to get that enabled?

I was under the impression that the N800 didn't accept USB devices at all.

You could be right. I thought it was the 770 that you could not. I thought that was one of the good things about the n800 was that it was enabled by default?

One of the bad things of the n800 is that they didn't enable that...
My 2,5"-harddisk is waiting for that feature...

OS2007HE has the USB in peripheral mode by default, just like 2006. There are details on enabling it here.
