I don't really understand what you're saying but I guess it means that you don't appear in your friends' contact list so they can't select you to send messages?
What devices are your friends using? I think I have noticed that on Symbian...
I have an Android and Yappari contacts appear just fine.
well as for the double check thing .. it only appears when they respond to your first message it means and then the green double check appears .. and my friend is using Blackberry

The double green check will appear when your friends read the messages. It could be days if they don't read them... I'm not sure how Whatsapp in Blackberry works, but if it's not running all the time then you'll never get the double green check until they start Whatsapp in their devices.
Scorpius, you are the best! Everything is working: Updating from 0.0.19 to 0.0.20 and Yappari is connecting. Fresh install on a N900 and Yappari can be registrated. Very well done. And again: You are the best!!!!!
