ive just tried to rearrange the plugins but im not sure how to do it.
the wiki page for unrestricted system ui does not help me or i just dont understand it because of me being a terminal newbie

any help would be appreciated, instruction guide etc..

Yep, I have the same problem with reboot loop after updating mt-toggle and the 4 toggles. And when I have plug in the a/c that seems to finally get to the menu.

The other trick that seems to work is to get the SIM card out during the starting process and then to get it back.

I have tried 3 or 4 reboot to see if something have made the trick but unfortunately, each time the infernal reboot loop start all over again...

so that means I should uninstall cellular toggle if I manage to boot up?

By the way i manage to boot up but once the icons are loading that's when I get restarted again
