    thank you, but, this really doesn't have to be correct. i mean, i really didn't measured times before nor after, but, somehow it feels less occupied, that's all what i can confirm and that smartsearch is not on top 5 cpu processes by cpu usage.

    Hi guys i'm also experiencing the issue of having high device idle usage. Really want to reduce the device idle usage %.

    But was wondering how to do all these settings?

    I've looked through the replies on this thread but I'm a TOTAL rookie when it comes to this sort of stuff.

    Don't even know what to do in developer mode, and don't know terms like 'terminal' or what not.

    Or where the smartsearch line comes in.

    Any help?

    Use N9QTweak Tweak K-7...Refer to the PDF/Wiki for changing smartsearch priority...
