Eventually we will have only one big company that will rule and control the globe. It will very well be google 2.0 with its own google army, google police...

Well, I doubt even the best of the best among our species, would fail. How do someone makes it best for everyone. Impossible, add to that we have a few hundred countries with their leaders, and all want it best in its own way.
Or do you suggesting that we create one big county?
