HELP My Nokia phone suddenly stopped working for incoming and outgoing calls.
IT shows the message that

" Your Phone directory functions are disabled due to communications errors including emergency calls . to enable it, you might require to reboot the device again "

I am layman . Kindly guide me in simplied manner ,since the nokia service center personnel didn't give satisfactory answer.or rectify it

Most probably SIM card holder problem. Cut out thick paper / thin carton exactly as SIM size and put it between SIM and battery.

Hi i had exactly the same problem, went to nokia care and leave phone there for two weeks and nokia gave me a brand new one because this problem can not be repaired
