You need to know about coding, and how to make themes, and where the file of the keyboard in the system is, well, in short, it's quite impossible for beginners, you need to know the basics first, then how to make themes, then how to apply them.. Your only way right now is to buy F2thaK's theme which changes the keyboard color

just following the steps
also im so scared from QT weak
caus one time i got a reboot lope
and one time my phone refuse to flash so im so scared of that even didnt instill it and also terminal
