If you've enabled POP3 or IMAP on the Exchange Server then you can.

well let me rephrase the question. My bad......

I would like to get full exchange possibilities. Mail, calendar, contacts......

I have mail setup but contacts and calendar is lacking.

Nope. Nothing simple yet. I use Mail for Exchange on my N95 for all that.
