First, you linked to a warez site.
Second, you /can/ (thru fbcon), but it's not compatible with the SGX driver. You'll need to manually unload fbcon when starting mthome.

^what he/she said, but while that large BusyIndicator is loading it could be hacked into showing lines _while_ mthome is starting.
