Ok problem solved, thanks to don_falcone and the link to #2 thread.

If anyone has the same problem, if you want to simulate opening lens cover:

Code:

sudo hal-set-property --udi /org/freedesktop/hal/devices/platform_cam_shutter --key button_state_value --bool false

and to close it:

Code:

sudo hal-set-property --udi /org/freedesktop/hal/devices/platform_cam_shutter --key button_state_value --bool true

I created two Desktop command Execution Widget and it works perfectly. Until next time I'm drink too much...
