I am kinda getting an idea from the RS-MMC to SD adapter thread which is to hard wire one of those Sandisk SD cards that has the USB adapter built in. You just flip the other half of the card over and you plug it into a USB port. If the N770 had the capability of another USB port then one could hard wire in that SD card. You could have 2GB of internal memory!

Of course, someone who is software savvy would have to write code that would allow one to enable that internal USB to be in host mode and access it.

wouldn't a MMC to USB adaptor work....

Not sure if it's ever been made but sounds like a good idea to me... instead of inserting a MMC in to the card slot on the IT you would insert the adaptor with a female usb plug on it....?

Who likes my idea?

You can also tell me I'm crazy
