Is there a way to keep the screen from timing out when my n800 is plugged in while using UKmp? It's a pain having to tap the screen when I have it running in the car for example.
actually the code is there already. You should be able to activate it yourself, but I'll try to add it to the next release (a light bulb might be a good icon for it).
About the wrong songs problem, I had hoped that was already fixed. It happens if one of the songs is not recognized properly.
hi, i had the problem of youtube etc. so i downloaded the latest software and,its disappeared. ukmp that is. it goes thru the process of installing and then warns me it cannot install it! was i suppose to uninstall the old version or what? i am a new user of the nokia 770 and have been knocked out with it,and i want to thank you for your hard work in developing the software for this enhancement.perhaps i still have to get to grips with the installing process! any help would be appreciated. cheers.
I use the 'party mode' just about every time I use ukmp. And it never ceases to fail that I begin listening to a song before I decide to press the party mode button and start adding tracks. As soon as I add that first track the currently playing song gets cut off and starts the party mode playlist.
Would it be possible to have the currently playing song automatically added to the party mode when the 'party mode' button is pressed? Or maybe have the playlist begin once the current song ends?

You need to update your python to the latest version.
