Any app to help us back up our Notes online, incase the phone breaks or gets lost, the N9 Notes App ain't helping much.

There is a notesexporter app in the Store by gionni88 iirc; maybe it has an import feature too now.

If not use Notekeeper (an Evernote client) to keep them backed-up and synced...

I use syncevolution and a funambol server to sync my contacts, calendar, tasks and notes.
