    "apt-get upgrade" only upgrades packages without additional new depencies that you don't have installed. This is to ensure that you don't get stuff that you didn't want with it.

    if you wish to install all upgrades with all of their additional dependencies then use dist-upgrade instead:
    Code:
    # apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

    You need to open settings -->applications -->messages and then enable 'delivery report'

    New funny for the FAQ, no clue yet how to solve:

    RM696-21-3_PR_001:/etc/apt/sources.list.d# apt-get update
    Err https://harmattan.openrepos.net personal Release.gpg
    Failed to connect to 2a01:4f8:160:5104::2: Network is unreachable

    Unfortunately, France Telecom still has no IPv6

    Don't know how to resolve (other than change provider)

    Code:
    ~ $ sudo ping  harmattan.openrepos.net
    PING harmattan.openrepos.net (88.198.208.108) 56(84) bytes of data.
    And use that IP address (88.198.208.108) instead of 'harmattan.openrepos.net' as workaround?
